Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel an order, customers must contact the company’s customer service through phone or email and provide their order details. After the specified cancellation timeframe has passed, the company may not accept cancellations. In exceptional cases, like unforeseen circumstances, the company may consider late cancellations at its discretion. Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement if they receive products with quality issues, such as spoilage or contamination. Customers should inform the company about the issue and provide relevant details or evidence (e.g., pictures) within a reasonable time frame. If the company delivers the wrong meat products, customers can request a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Customers should notify the company about the incorrect order within a reasonable time frame.

Order Cancellations

Arrange cancellations have to be made within 60 Min after placing an arrangement. To cancel your arrangements, you may contact our client administration by sending an e-mail to support admin@meatcompany.in or calling 78678 07000, and giving the reference of your arrange number. In case we get a cancellation take note, that until the time the arrangement has as of now been handled by us, the arrangement cannot be canceled. Meat Company has the total right to choose whether an arrangement has been prepared or not. The client concurs not to debate the choice made by Meat Comapny and acknowledges its decision regarding the cancellation. In case your arrange does not reach you within 10 days after affirmation, or on the off chance that there’s a fabricating deformity within the item requested, you may be entitled to a full refund.
